Seacoast Builders Corporation was founded in 1962 by Adolph F. Schulz. Our company provides General Construction Services in the industrial and commercial markets public and private sectors. Unlike other firms of our size, we perform all concrete, masonry, carpentry, and drywall work with our own forces. This enables us to maintain the highest quality workmanship and project control. In addition, we are pre-qualified with the state to perform the following services Estimating/Cost Analysis, CPM, Value Engineering and Claims Analysis.
Seacoast Builders Corporation has bonding in excess of $150 million and is pre-qualified with the New Jersey Department of Building and Construction, Schools Construction Corporation and NJ Turnpike Authority.
Seacoast Builders Corporation is a Green Advantage Certified Builder. When constructing a LEED (Leadership in Energy Efficient Design) facility we can contribute.
